Bilingual Account Manager

Would you like to join a fast growing bilingual agency? At Zo Digital Japan, we are a young agency, but have worked with some well known international clients growing their business in Japan.

Zo Digital Japan is looking for a bilingual (Japanese/English) Account Manager. In this role you will be working with international clients to help them be successful with Digital Marketing campaigns in Japan. Successful managers will be able to take requests from overseas clients in English, and lead a team of SEO, Contents, PPC and Digital PR experts to grow their business.

This is a remote position. Work can be from 20-30 hours a week depending on your situation. Flexible work hours.

Tasks
• Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns for international clients
• Take in requests and requirements from international clients
• Work with experts in SEO, Contents, PPC and Digital PR
• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded
• Communicate freely in English and Japanese with internal staff and clients.
• Follow up with staff on tasks, deliverables and deadlines

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of Account Management or Project Management experience
• Must have good communication skills in Business English and Japanese
• Need a thorough attention to details. Able to keep projects on time.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, metrics and strategies.
• Familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets. Communication via Slack.
• Need to be available during Japanese business hours
