Zo Digital Japan is looking for a bilingual Content Marketing Manager. In this role you will be working with international clients to build out content marketing campaigns in Japanese. You will recruit and hire writers, editors, graphic designers, then work with SEO experts to create best in class contents.

This is a remote position. Work can be from 25-40 hours a week depending on your situation.

Tasks
* Recruit and hire writers & editors based on client requirements
* Review finalized contents, Uphold the “quality levels” of our clients
* Follow up with staff on tasks, deliverables and deadlines
* Ensure smooth and timely content production process
* Communicate in English and Japanese with internal staff and some clients. Communication is via Slack or email.

Requirements:
* Experience hiring hiring writers or other freelancers.
* Previous experience managing or coordinating Content projects.
* Must have good communication skills in English and native Japanese
* Need a thorough attention to details.
* Familiar with Google Docs and Google Sheets
* Comfortable using spreadsheet features such Pivot Tables, Filters & VLookup

Bilingual Account Manager

Zo Digital Japan is looking for a bilingual (Japanese/English) Account Manager. In this role you will be working with international clients to help them be successful with Digital Marketing campaigns in Japan. Successful managers will be able to take requests from overseas clients and lead a team of SEO, Contents, PPC and Digital PR experts to grow their business.

This is a remote position. Work can be from 25-40 hours a week depending on your situation.

Tasks
* Manage Digital Marketing Campaigns for international clients
* Work with experts in SEO, Contents, PPC and Digital PR
* Follow up with staff on tasks, deliverables and deadlines

Requirements:

Bilingual Project Manager/Coordinator

We are looking for a freelancer or part time individual to work as a Project Manager. In this role you will be tracking the progress of all our SEO and SEM campaigns for each client to make sure our projects are on time, and clients are kept happy.

This is a work at home position, and is estimated to take 5-10 hours per week, but could become much more over time.

Tasks
* Create schedules and plans for clients
* Follow up with staff on tasks, deliverables and deadlines
* Track resource allocation across all projects
* Communicate in English and Japanese with internal staff and some clients. Communication is via Slack or email.

Requirements:
* Previous experience managing or coordinating projects in a Digital Marketing or related field.

This is a remote position, work can be from 5-10 hours per week. There are no restrictions on the time of work.

Tasks
* Create graphics or illustrations based on SEO and client needs
* Communicate in English and Japanese with internal staff online via Slack

Requirements:
* Familiar with Adobe Illustrator or equivalent tools.
* Japanese native speaker. English not necessary, helpful.
